Introduction to the Finance and Administrative Affairs Vice Chancellery

With the establishment of the Afghanistan National Agriculture Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU), the Finance and Administrative Affairs Vice Chancellery was approved within the university's organizational structure at Grade Two, alongside other vice chancelleries
The Finance and Administrative Affairs Vice Chancellery is one of the university’s key administrative units, responsible for the effective management of financial resources, organization of administrative affairs, development of staff-related affairs, coordination of procurement activities, and management of logistical services.
This Vice Chancellery operates with the aim of achieving the university’s strategic objectives and strengthening transparency, accountability, and administrative efficiency. It strives to standardize financial and administrative systems in order to provide a supportive environment for the university’s academic, research, and service-related activities.
Guided by the principles of legality, integrity, transparency, and professional commitment, the Finance and Administrative Affairs Vice Chancellery carries out its duties and responsibilities effectively in support of the university’s sustainable development and institutional growth.
 

Vision

The Deputy Directorate for Financial and Administrative Affairs collaborates closely with the university's leadership, administrative, and academic divisions to ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality, and professional services in the areas of human resources, financial management, and procurement, thereby supporting the effective operation and development of the National University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Afghanistan.

Mission

• Training and developing professional and specialized human resources in accordance with Islamic values and national spirit, and providing related services in the areas of finance and procurement.
• Developing and formulating financial and administrative policies to ensure the effective implementation of work activities and the enhancement of organizational performance.
• Supervising and monitoring the university’s financial systems, procurement affairs, human resources, publications and public relations, service delivery, information technology, dormitory affairs, and maintenance of transportation vehicles, with the aim of providing efficient and high-quality services.
