Introduction to the Vice chancellery for Relations & Coordination

The Vice Chancellery for Relations and Coordination is one of the five Vice Chancelleries of Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU), which was established in accordance with the establishment of the ANASTU university in 2013. Farid Ahmad Wali is currently in charge of this Vice Chancellery. Besides, in the composition of the mentioned deputy it has two directorates (the directorate of external relations and the directorate of internal relations) and one executive management post. The Deputy Director of Relations and Coordination has so far been able to strengthen the relationship of the Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University with various universities of Afghanistan, governmental departments and universities and institutions abroad, so that to witness innovations, reforms and useful achievements in the fields of agriculture and livestock.
Vision
The vice chancellery for coordination and relations of the Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU) strives to organize and sign bilateral/multilateral agreements with universities, institutions and other related organizations inside and outside of the country so that the university can be recognized in the developed world, and continue to be in the ranks of well-known institutions and universities across the world.
Mission
The Vice Chancellery for Relations and Coordination of the Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU) will establish comprehensive relations with other universities and research centers of different countries in the world, particularly in the fields of teaching, research, production and capacity building. In this way, by establishing a memorandum of understanding (MoU), to gain access to various innovations, useful ideas, scientific assistance/collaborations, scholarships, capacity-building programs, etc. Hence, ANASTU University would be well-known and famous not only on a national level but also across the world.
Goals
• Introducing Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU) as an active, innovative and sustainable institution at the country and regional level through utilizing and accessing technology, advanced methods, and world-famous and accepted models in compliance with Islamic and Sharia values and regulations.
• With the assist of establishing comprehensive and sustainable relationship with relevant international scientific organizations and administrations by sharing information and scientific figures, Afghanistan National Agricultural Sciences and Technology University (ANASTU) would put an end to the existing problems and challenges in the fields of agriculture and livestock.
